CASA MUSEO MAESTRO PEDRO NEL GÓMEZ
En la que fuera la casa y taller del maestro Pedro Nel Gómez, uno de los mayores exponentes de la plástica en Latinoamérica, es posible apreciar gran parte de su legado artístico, con más de 1.500 obras, entre murales al fresco, esculturas, diseños arquitectónicos, grabados, óleos y acuarelas. El maestro Pedro Nel, quien como urbanista diseñó el barrio Laureles, formó una biblioteca dedicada al arte en sus múltiples facetas. Sus murales, casi todos en sitios públicos, expresan las tradiciones de los antioqueños e importantes episodios de la historia de Colombia.

In what used to be his house and art studio it is now possible to appreciate the artistic legacy of Master Artist, Pedro Nel Gómez, one of Latin America's best known Fine Artists. A legacy of more than 1,500 works which include murals, sculptures, architectural designs, etchings, oil and water paintings can be seen at this site. Master Gómez, who, as an Urban planner, designed the Laureles neighborhood in Medellín, created a library dedicated to art in all its forms. His murals, which are almost entirely found in public places, depict the traditions of the people of Antioquia as well as important events in Colombian history.
