TEATRO PABLO TOBÓN URIBE
La danza, el teatro, la música y la lírica tienen en este escenario, un lugar íntimo y recogido, donde se dan cita lo popular y lo clásico, lo tradicional y lo experimental con eventos de alta calidad. Es la sala más antigua de Medellín, localizada en la Avenida La Playa, inaugurada en 1967. Se enmarca dentro de los teatros clásicos, arquitectónicamente de carácter moderno, dispuesto como un teatro de cámara de gran formato a la italiana con capacidad para 883 espectadores.

Dance, plays, music, and lyric poetry have found in this setting an intimate and quiet corner where the classical and the popular, the traditional and the experimental come together with top quality presentations. The theater, open since 1967, and the oldest in Medellin, is located on the Avenida La Playa Street. Of classical lines though architecturally modern, this 883-spectator venue takes after Italian theaters of large format.
